So what makes Claudia stand out as one of the best San Diego interior designers? First, she knows her clients may be on a strict budget, and she will bend over backward to help. She prefers to work with a wide range of clients in the area, whether it’s home renovation, empty nesters, pet-friendly home transformations, empty nesters, those on a tight budget, etc. You’ll find new patterns, clean lines, and plenty of neutral colors in her creations. She serves clients all over the San Diego County and Orange County area. ![]() There's a lot of focus on the pitch and discovery process which is great training but I do feel like managers are preoccupied with assigning blame to rep for not following their myopic sales process whe it could be more produtive to focus on how weed out bad opportunities. ![]() If a lead doesn't seem like a good fit or they dont really seem open to talking just get rid of them quickly. Having all the leads provided for you is kind of a double edged sword. As a new rep most of your 300-500 leads will be heavily picked over so it's a big needle in a haystack hunt. my best advice is dont afraid of deleting leads out of your pipeline. You start with a smaller group of maybe 6 reps so there's a decent amount of personal attention. When you start you're given 3 months of training in what they call "Greenhouzz". It's a beast with a ton of functionality but it's not very intuitive so you really need to know how to use it and most of the people training you will not know how to use it properly. Outreach, their CRM, is my biggest Con so far.
